Empty promises

I bought and paid for a plasma stand on 10 October. I asked that it be delivered on 28 October. And proceeded to pay for the delivery fee. The sales lady adviced that I'm lucky as it was the last one and the specific product is being discontinued.

Today, 26 October I called the sales lady to check on the lady and remind her I need delivery on the 28th. She advised that she was going to call me tomorrow 27 October(the say before delivery) because the stand was sold to someone else.

She then said apparently the stand type is still being manufactured and the supplier will get back to her.

I'm all honesty what happens between UFO and their supplier's is not my concern. They should have told me that my stand would be sold to someone else before I paid. Now come the delivery date I will not have my stand. They better give me a refund and I will never buy from there again.

I'm angry and dissapointed.
