DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE!!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MERCHANDISE EVER!!!

<p>I purchased a R40 000 dining room set from the Springfield branch. Upon purchase the sales lady specifically said it would take 15 minutes to assemble as we don't reside at the delivery address. The set was delivered a week later unfortunately the day my husband was discharged from hospital, so we had no choice but to go straight there. The delivery people didnt come with the right equipment to set up which resulted in them making 4 trips to the hardware store, 5 trips??? Dont they know what is needed to asemble what's being delivered? Going on close to 6 hours when they were about to leave I checked the chairs, 6 out of the 8 chairs were uneven!!!! They tried to fix it but couldn't. We called the store manager Greg who's job it is to ensure customers are happy responded as if he was doing us a favour by picking up the phone, leaving both my husband and I full of rage. By then it was dark and Greg arranged for the chairs to be picked up the next day by 8am. These people didn't even bother to show up nor did Greg do his job by following up. I got a call after 3pm saying oh actually we can't make it today well try for Friday 8am. As we don't reside there it's costly to keep going up and down especially when Greg can't get his act together and do his job. So another trip this morning I was there by 7.45 to be sure I don't miss them. I kept calling the store and no answer, I left messages and Greg as a store manager didn't even bother to return my calls. I decided to return the dining room set and the delivery guy refused to take the table. He called Greg who refused to speak to me, said there's nothing wrong with the table, they must leave it and only take the chairs. Now I can't even decide to return the worthless merchandise even though my time, money and patience is wasted. Moving is suposed to be an exciting time but because of Greg and his store they have ruined the entire experience for us. Please DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE!!! THEY WILL ONLY LIE TO YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY</p>
