Dissatisfied Customer

I would like to rate their service 0 stars We purchased a 2 seater and a 3 seater Victoria couches Both couches were sagging within a day of use We laid a complaint in March, to date it has not been resolved, we are just being sent to and fro. Even our phone calls are no longer answered. We are frustrated to an extent that we just want a refund. We were sold poor quality products. This is pathetic customer service
