Dispute over awaited Coffee Table

We bought a coffee table and sofas on 17 November 2019. The store promised to deliver the coffee table on 25th November. A month later, we still don't have it. We have spent petrol and airtime which they won't refund to make follow ups and they are still not bothered.. We had to make a follow-up every week, with them promising to come back to ys and then telling us they are still awaiting the supplier. They are sooo ***********, no customer service and down right Rude especially the old witch woman called Jessie Naidoo.. She has no manners or care.. She talks any how and drops calls on you. We paid cash for the furniture to receive such ****py service.. Is that hiw UFO teaches their staff? We no longer want anything to do with them and their services, we want our money back now and we will let other people know what kind of people the business keeps!!
