Disappointment

The Pinetown store promised to deliver the good yesterday (Tuesday). I waited the whole day for the delivery in vain. Thereafter, I called the store around 15h00 and I was told that they will deliver on Friday. When I asked why I was not informed of this change, I was told that the person that was supposed to contact me did not come to work.
