Dining set with chairs of different heights

I bought a dining set. The chairs are all different hights. They do not look good together because the different is about 5 to 12cm. I called several times but did not receive any assistance from the store, they said they referred the matter to their warehouse, it has been about 9 months now. I guess I have to get used to the different chair heights. Really disappointed.
