Delivery didnt take place on the day requested

I have purchased furniture at UFO, I requested that delivery be on Thursday(07/01/2016). <br> On thursday I phone to check what time are they going to deliver. The salesperson says she will call after an hour, few minutes later I receive an smsm that they will deliver on the 8th. <br> I phoned the salesperson after an hour and she tells me that delivery does not have enough trucks.<br> <br> <br> 1. My problem is that I took time off work to sit and wait for this delivery that did not happen<br> 2. They did not bother to call and say they will not deliver on Thursday. I only got an sms at 10:41 after I have followed up. <br> <br> I am very dissapointed at this shop. Bad bad customer service
