DAMAGED STAND

I Bought a Plasma stand at UFO Furniture in Cresta and requested that I collected it in centurion branch since I leave around the area, a week after I discovered that the drawers were too tight , I couldn't open them and close as it should, and the rail that allows the drawer to open and close is loose with only 1 ***** instead of two.<br> <br> I then logged a complaint, went to the centurion branch were I was told to call Cresta since that the plasma stand was paid for there. I then did that and on Tuesday I followed up with the Cresta branch and they advised that I keep the stand until they sorted the matter out with the complaints department .<br> <br> the matter is taking longer than I thought, if you are paying cash for a good service that you should get why do I have to go through such hiccups.<br> <br> UFO s service is really bad when it comes to solving issues
