Damaged Goods and Bad service

I bought a set of recliner couches from UFO Southgate and they started to tilt before 6 months. I contacted the stores and they took over 2 months to collect them for repairs and over a month to deliver them back. I have been thru this twice already and the 1st time the couch came back damaged. even now I havent had my couches for 2 months now since they had been taken in for repairs. I paid cash and I'm sick of this whole thing. I contacted them and emailed to no response
