Damaged couches
Wat an excellent service I received from the lady by the name Chynell Klopper working at head office of UFO. Wen i had a complain with my damaged couches she responded the very same day.. through the process of trying to solve the matter she gave me update of each step. As a difficult client as I am, She made sure that she gives me the classic service and my matter was resolved in 3 days..
