Good afternoon Peter I hope you well I'm very angry today I went to UFO Arbor crossing I have made lay-by of a bed with a price of 5500 it now on black Friday special for 4000 I went to ask them to cancel my lay-by so that I can buy it cash was going to add the difference of 3000 they sad it sold out if I ask for my money to cancel the lay-by to go another store to buy they sad they will take 10% of there selling price of the bed that will be 550 my question is if I was going to pay 4500 where will they get the bed from cause it sold out .and if they take my 550 where will it go if I hade money to give why did I lay-by the bed in the first place my reason to lay-by was because I did not afford I am very angry for the manager incharge taking poor people's money like this they are so cruel now I didn't buy the bed cause they refused to give me my money there service is very poor cause they didn't even explain there policy in the first place
