COMPLAINING LETTER Hi my name is Mthunzi i would like to complaint against UFO Furniture at Polokwane. My sister Lucky Maloba bought the Piero lounge suit at above mentioned shop for R79000 cash in September 2020, in October 2021 she notice that the back rest on the three seater is sinking and she went and reported the matter to UFO. She was informed that the lounge suite is on a very confined space and the back is going to het damaged and it was out of guarantee and they can only offer the repairs. But firstly she was asked to send the pictures of the Sofas. She bought this lounge suite for R79000 and she was not expecting that within a year this will happened, in a normally situation when you spend more you expect quality. She's very disappointed at UFO that she spent so much to their business but they fail to help.
