Complain about goods bought at UFO WOODMEAD

I am so disgusted by the treatment I got from UFO Weodmead,I bought goods to the value of R112K and part of the goods that I bought was some vases. I collected the vases,never checked them out,when I got home I found 1 of the vases is broken and I immediately called the sales lady who sold me the goods,Sylvia and she advised that I come to the store and speak to a very rude guy called Abdul

I wasn’t happy at all the way he handled the issue,he was screaming and said to me there is nothing he can do,I took the vase in a good condition,his customer service was pathetic.

I just moved into a new home and the plan was to furnish my home with their furniture however I will not be going back to that horrible service. U know the “HOW” u speak to your customers is very important

I am in business myself and I know how Customer service/ experience and value will supersede price product and quality of your products

I mean there is a lot of furniture shops where I can get furniture,I’m writing this to head office to deal with the matter before they lose lots of customers

If it was possible,I would gladly bring back all the goods I bought from them, I left the vase with him,he can see what he needs to do with it.

I hope this will be treated with urgency
