Complain

COMPLAINING LETTER I Thandeka Mchunu with an I.D No. 621 ********** 083, cell no. ********** 031 hereby to lay a complaint against UFO Furniture at Richard Bay. On the 18 December 2015 I bought the lounge suit at above mentioned shop for R30000. In December 2016 I started to notice that the Sofa’s have some fabrics coming out very badly under nearth. I first ignored it thinking that it will stop, unfortunately as the time went on it got worse as the sponges also coming off. The springs underneath are now also fault, they’re broken down. I laid the complaint to UFO and I was told that nothing they can do for me as it is out of guarantee. But firstly I was told to send the pictures of the Sofas. I am a single parent, a bread winner and the head of a family. I am very disappointed at UFO that I spent so much to their business but they fail to help me ,I took a loan to buy this even now I’m still paying (5 years loan ) term I need justice
