Complain

My name is Mr Samson Nkosi and have purchased Costa Rica sofas/couches from UFO branch in Mpumalanga. The sofas are badly peeling. I followed all complain procedures firstly by sending an email to the branch on 06/10/2020. Followed by an email to the Head office. No response was received from both emails. I decided to make a phone call to Head office on Friday 13/11/2020 to follow up on the emails but they transferred me back to the branch in Mpumalanga. I told the branch manager will call me back in half an hour but waited till Tuesday 17/11/2020 with no response. I then decided to visit the branch and the branch manager was called and instead of apologizing to me for not calling me back, he told me that Head office said they will not assist as the guarantee has expired and he is sitting with the regional manager who also told him that there is nothing they can help me with. I then requested a written reply and the email from Head office declining my complain and requested a due date for the reply. I was told the regional manager will respond on tomorrow 18/11/2020.

I am very much disappointed about the customer service received from the management as it looks like they only interested in our money only not quality. I am thinking of dumping them to the shop should I not be assisted.
