Complain

<p>I bought sofas from ufo nelspruit on the 31'st of December 2016 the y caused me R30 000 and I transported the from the shop to my house and my problem is that I one of the sofa which is a two seater has a problem with the reclaining mechanism and the other one which is a three seater is torn on the side and I called the shop on the following Tuesday which was the 3rd of January 2017. And I explained my problem and I was told to bring the sofas back to the shop and I ask several times as to why should I be the one to transport them and encure the cost whilst it it their product that has defects and at the time I could not transport them because it was expensive for me. I am not happy with the service as a result I am stuck with torn sofas and I am not happy with the service </p>
