Clive the debit card critic

After inquiring about couches online at UFO a guy named Clive called me and told me to come through to the store to pay for the deposit. The following day I drove to UFO Strubenvelly Roodepoort to pay for the couches cash. Got to the shop was welcomed by Lindiwe and Clive I proceeded to choose my couches,coffee table and chest of drawers for my bedroom. Total came to R45000 as I prossesed to pay the deposit I asked if I could just pay for everything in cash. Took out my nedbank green card and almost immediately Clive told me that my debit card doesn't have enough daily limit and it won't go through. I asked him if he knew my daily limit he told me he knew those cheap bank cards and I was waistining their time with my cheap debit card as it will never go through. I was so angry and embarrassed as other customers in the shop looked at me. I asked him if he knew my daily limit and that the appearance of my card determined how much I had in my bank account. He told me only customers with black cards would afford to pay cash. I wanted to cancel my order but Lindiwe convinced me otherwise and Clive kept trying to prove his point on how low and cheap my green bugs card was. Tranaction went through. And I left the store angry and frustrated. So if anyone wants to shop at UFO strubenvelly make sure you have a black card as Clive will criticize any debit card represented to him.
