BED HAS CHEMICAL ODOUR AND MY DAUGHTER COUGHS EVERY NIGHT

i purchased a bed and it was delivered. but it had this chemical odour which was very strong and have been opening windows for it to subside which is gettign lighter but the biggest issues is that my daughter then wakes up in the middle of the night daily coughing bad and we had to make space for her in our bedroom. I have alerted the Centurion Branch where i bought the bed but no assistance is coming my way as they kept saying they have not been responded to from the supplier. (now i must rely on the supplier wen there are issues). they said it will take 7-14 days to be responded to from supplier but from my side we having a health hazard to a 3 year old. we do not know the damage tis chemical could cause on the child and us who stays in the house and they seems to not take it seriously.
