Be ware UFO Richards Bay

My issue has still not been resolved to this day. Years and years and a very poor Manageress at the Richards Bay Office supposedly trying to make up for the previous mistakes before her time then trying to sell me old and broken lounge suites where the electronic mechanisms don't work and with lots of scratches and marks on and that one on the floor had already been sitting in the shop for over 15 months at least. Be careful when you purchase from UFO especially the Richards Bay branch as the items they conned me to buy were never leather to start with.

Yes it might be out of warranty but when you advertised the product at Leather and it wasn't, that was the issue. Head Office even promised to resolve it. I had to eventually throw the lounge suite out because it just peeled right off everywhere. The Manageress of Richards Bay told us to come in and she would sort it out. She wanted to sell us something at a discount but we caught onto her scheme. That particular lounge suite was obsolete stock that had been in her floor for 13 months she told us and already marked down just to get it out the door and has lots of issues with the wiring being broken for the USB ports, scratches etc. So she wasn't doing us any favour. Hence you selling products that aren't what you are advertising. People need to be made aware of what happens in your stores especially when UFO doesn't sort out and resolve the issues.
