BAD SERVICE...BAD MANAGEMENT...****** ...YOU MISLEAD PEOPLE

I had purchased a 3 set couch at your Protea Glen Mall branch and during the Black friday sale and till this day I am sitting with two different colour couches that were delivered. I have gone to the branch for assistance and instead of getting assistance Ernest the manager wanted to rob me and make me pay more for couches equivalant to the ones i purchased.

This matter was further escalated to godfrey the area manager who continuously gave me from bad ...to the worst service ever. I wonder if these managers are even aware of TFC principals and that they should be adhearing to them.

I cannot entrust you with my money and in return not get what i had initially requested and on top of that you still want me to pay money that I should not be paying to solve the issue.

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE , I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND UFO TO ANYONE.
