Bad service, procrastination and non delivery.

I purchased a dinning room table (Alaska/4126DT/DC 7PC D/R/S) from UFO Strubensvalley from a man called David Smith. We were told that we should wait a while and at most by March delivery will be done. Now it's may and no one bothers to call and advice on the delay. Their phone doesn't go through. When I got there I am being shown some document saying the ship will dock at month end with the stock. Does it really take 5 months for the ship to bring through a container? UFO must understand that time is very precious and please reach your sales personnel to communicate and update the clients. I mean it's half way through the year and my lounge still has no furniture and no one says anything. I am so dissapointed with their service and don't need the table anymore I will go to other stores. I have now asked for my refund and hope to get it soon with interest. We are at that point were even if delivery is next week it's no worth it anymore. The sales lady adviced me that the price has even gone up so I shouldn't cancel my order but what is the point if they can even deliver.
