Bad service and goods

We bought ou couches around January, in which we found one couch on sale and my mom like it, when we received them, my mom was not happy, we went to the store to complain, unfortunately didn't find the guy who assisted us at first, but found the manager. He organized a new couch and they said that we had to buy scotch guard, after that, none of them ordered the scotch guard and we waited the whole of Feb and March, lock down happened and we thought that when they open, we will be part of the first people that they will help. Till now, nothing has happened and their products are not quality. The sales guy promised to call us and we went back to the store around the 1st of August and the manager was not in and the sales guy, when we called in on the 12th the guy was not there but called us on the 14th of Aug, telling us that he was busy and if we don't know which day it is and my mom asked which day is it and he said it's the 15th and that he had customers to attend to. Very dissatisfied with their response and their goods. I'm gonna try calling the store again and this time, they must come and get their stuff and refund us
