Bad service and even worse management

My wife and I bought a bed paid the deposit and we told that when the stock arrived we would be contacted to pay the rest of the amount this never occurred so we went into the shop and then they told us that the stock arrived a few days ago already then when it was delivered the base was damaged by the driver and his kids then I called the shop to let them know and they agreed to deliver a new base on the 3rdit is the 13th today and after numerous callsi still have not received the base I am really not impressed bumy this bad service.
