Bad Service and Damaged Goods

I bought a Mirrored Model KFC 243 Cabinet<br> Dimensions: Width: 1 800mm / Height: 910mm / Depth: 485mm from UFO Carnival Mall from Sales Person Caiphus Kgoloko on 3 March 2015. On date of purchase the one drawer was damaged and I requested whether they can rather order me a new cabinet. Caiphus informed us that they will replace the drawer. Since 3 March they have tried to replace the drawer 3 times and not one of the drawers fitted. They then informed me that they will have the glass fixed with a glass company. Yesterday 24th April I received a notification that the drawer will be delivered today 25th April 2015 to only today receive a call from Caiphus to inform me that the glass could not be fixed and that I will have to wait for 13 - 14 weeks to have a new drawer made. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Once another drawer is made, will it fit? I don't believe it will. The cabinet without a drawer has been standing at our house for almost 2 months now still rapped in cardboard. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received in my life. I think Caiphus is *********** to do his job properly and is more concerned about the sale than the client
