Bad service

Went to Ufo to purchase Alaska dining room suite on the 14th of December, of which on agreement I was going to pay it off month end of January, today on the 2nd of February 2016 I went back to Ufo to pay the balance and have my items delivered I was then told that they don't have stock, and can refund me, this I was told by the Regional Manager Juan Bernard, of which now I was told to wait for 3months
