Bad service

Bought lounge suit and a coffee table in July cash to the value of 40000.It was delivered in a condition that's not satisfactory and u reported it .It took weeks for them to pick it up for repairs,it was eventually picked up with scratches on it,but the table wasn't picked up.It took two months for it to be returned after numerous calls that I had to make to them as follow up.I feel I wasn't treated with respect as a customer and when I followed up the bug would be passed from one person to about her .As we speak the table is still at my place not collected for exchange of a non scratched one which u reported.I am taken for granted by this supplier as I'm told that the list of complaints is long I need to wait.I was called last week and promised that my table would be delivered to this end nothing has happened and I followed up as usual I'm told there's no stock when in fact someone from that store called to promise me delivery of my table this week .Bad attitude from stuff.My family and friends will never ever buy from UFO
