Bad service

I have bought table and chairs and after 3 months the chairs started to be loose i then called and spoke to Sam it’s been more than three months and nothing. He wants to come assess the chairs on his own time that means i must take leave because of chairs. I then called the branch in park medows they gave me an email address which i did email and no reply yet. How long does it take to fix the chairs
