Bad service

I bought 3piece couches from UFO centurion in June 2014, i was told that they are upper leather. Six months down the line the three sitter got toren on the part that is suppose to Be leather,i went back to centurion to inform them and they told me that it is not possible and i was told that the complains department is closed until the 15 of january however they Will contact me back and they never did, i then told them that i Will Be out of town the whole of january. I came back on the 31st of january and informed them on the 1st that am back they can continue with the query, no one called me till today. It seems like they are not interested in attending to my query.
