BAD SERVICE!!!!

On the 18th of July i was in Kimberley looking to purchase a queen size bed. Upon arrival at the UFO branch in Kimberley the lady at the desk told me about this huge \bargain"they had. a Queen size bed with a single bed both with their bases for only R3000. I immediately wanted to buy it but she said the special only started on the 24th of July and ended the 31st of July. I asked her THREE TIMES are you sure about the price!!!I gave her my details and told her she must keep a bed for me i'am going to pick it up the 27th of July. I phoned them the 27th the morning but no one answered"
