Bad Service

<p>I went to UFO Furnitures in Northgate Mall to look for a diningroom suit, when we got there, they didn't have it on the floor. One of the sales person (Zakhele) sent us to Fourways Crossing to see this dining room suit because Fourways Crossing had it on the floor. Mr Zakhele asked us to come back and buy it from their branch (Northgate) as he promised a discount.</p> <p>Surely, the folliwng day I went to buy the dining room suit. Zakhele said they will deliver on Saturday but I requested that it be delivered on Monday. Monday came and gone and there was no communication as to the status of the delivery of our furniture. When I called the shop in Northgate, Zakhele told me that he made a mistake by not booking our furniture for delivery. And so I aksed if it is posible to have the delivery fee refunded and Zakhele said YES it is... Now that he promised to have the delivery fee refunded a week ago, I still have not received any communication from Zakhele nor UFO Furnitures.</p> <p> </p>
