Bad Quality Couches
The couches I received from UFO are very bad quality. I returned the first set of couches within 4 months of purchase because they made squeaky sounds due a problem with the *****s or joints. They gave me new couches and within 6 months of the new couches, they made the same squeaky sounds. My warranty is 3 years and they are not fixing the issue of their squeaky couches. My couch on the store floor makes the same noise and these are clearly poorly made.

10 May 2023, 14:14UFO Called me and said they would refund me for their faulty couches but they need to charge me a usage fee of R2k. They failed at fixing their bad quality couches and want to charge me R2k for something that is not my fault. I would not recommend UFO to my worst enemy
