Bad quality bed

Bought a bed in December 2020, August 2021 I was already experiencing problems with it( springs coming out) I live with kids and this is dangerous. Reported the problem with Hemingways branch in East London, as it was still in the warranty period. I was told they would take it up further. I don’t know how many times I’ve followed up at the store with the investigation, instead I was told the sales person who sold me the bed no longer works there. Everytime I go there I’m asked to send pictures of the bed but nothing happens. I don’t recommend anyone buying anything from UFO. I’m not happy at all with my purchase.
