Bad product and bad service

Good day all, I bought couches at UFO Marlboro in 2012 November which cost me R27 450. UFO said that they were supp**** by Montano.the coaches are ment to be leather coaches. Now the leather is pulling off which supprises me cause that's not how the leather is supposed to react if it's real leather. These coaches are not even 5years yet but we Already having problems with the product. I contacted UFO last year December and I was told that their suppliers are not available they will contact me in January which they didn't do . I contacted them again and still didn't get help . Mangers failed to apply TCF when dealing with this matter I had to always call them they never called me. I later contact them again this year still they didn't give TCF to me as their customer . I spoke to pravesh and abdol who are managers at UFO Marlboro they failed me as a customer. Hello petter please assist me with this matter going forward as soon as you can thanks. Kind regards
