Bad customer care

I bought a base set at the beginning of the year at the mthatha branch. Two months later, the base is making a squeaking sound. Lodge a complaint in the mthatha branch store. I have been promised a replacement base since June till today. The bed is still under guarantee and warranty. I am extremely disappointed with the service i have been receiving.
