Bad attitude revieced from the manager

I got the UFO at strubenvallei - lifestyle crossing yesterday 20.07.2015, wanted to browse through the catalogue if I cannot find the pedestal that I was looking for. When the woman attempted to assist me, the guy(manager) said I have to be out of the shop at 17:00 no compromise as the alarm goes off at that time, with a very sour face. I have never in my life heard such a story, lame excuse. If this is how UFO treat potential clients then I don't know what kind of service do they provide, even meeting client requirements. when the poor woman took the catalogue he was like no no its time to knock off. Is it because am a young black woman, my level doesn't meet that of the UFO? and others older,white or drive big cars deserves to be treated with high superiority? I was and still really offended by that guy attitude. I couldn't even browse the catalogue the way I was so ****ed off for such kind of behaviour from an elderly person, front desk for that matter, saying what he said so loud and boldly.
