Awesome after sales service from UFO

Excellent service from UFO and especially Chynell Klopper (Head Office), Gerald and Enver (Boksburg branch). In 2005 we bought a full leather set that we unfortunately had to replace in Jan 2017 due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to our positive past experience and the quality and endurance, we opted for UFO again. So we again bought full 3-piece leather set couches. Needless to say, within 2-years the leather started peeling off. I logged a complaint with head office (Chynell Klopper) who within the same day contacted me and advised that UFO will refund the rand value. This gave us the option to re-select anything at UFO. Gerald and Enver from the Boksburg branch did continuous follow-ups and ensured the process to replace the couches is as smooth as possible. Delivery was in 2-days.
