Angry customer

<p>Im so angry and frustrated about the payment process of Ufo.i bought sofas on laybye and later decided that i want my cash refund.everyday the tell me excuses that they are waiting for a truck to arrive with the cheque.today its the 10th day and i was told it takes about 9 days.Given the fact that i will be paid by cheque it will take a couple of days again for the cheque to be cleared.They dont even make an initiative to call me im the one who calls them everyday what kind of customer service is this im really ****ed now i dont know where else to go and complain</p>
