A year later we don't have our lounge suite

This time last year I was on Hello Peter reporting UFO. Our lounge suite discolored. UFO agreed to recover the section. It took till April for them to collect it if we paid the transport bill. Since then no one knows who is paying and they can't get the fabric to cover it so it hasn't been done. Top management are aware of it but nothing gets done. We don't have a suite we paid R30 000 for because UFO doesn't care! Shocking service
