A fed up customer

I am not happy with the service I always get from UFO... I was since promised that my matter will be resolved but nothing is happening.. I wanted a refund for the sofas I bought at Mams Mall worth R29500, but I was told to take something else in the shop that amounts to R29500... I chose what I wanted but I'm still waiting , it's been 3 weeks now, it seems like I wasted my money on buying from the store.. So I am requesting a full refund so that I can buy new sofas at another store. I am no longer interested in communicating with anyone from the Mams Mall store because they always promise me things they can't deliver on... I am fed up with the treatment I am getting.
