I would like to thank Chynell Klopper this lady has turned my experience with UFO from bad and 1st class customer service . I bought a couch from the store and with a year it started tearing . guys i felt as if i donated money to UFO and I was so angry . I laid a complaint and wow Chynell spoke to me in a respectable and honorable manner . I am saving up to buy a couch from UFO for mom soon .
