What’s NOT cooking at UCook?

After being a loyal client for years and always receiving excellent products and service, UCook has now been missing the mark completely. I am being charged extra for delivery in an outlying area (Hartbee****rt), yet 3 of 4 recent deliveries have been at least a day late - some meals had to be discarded as they’d missed the ‘cook by’ dates and in 2 cases recipes and/or certain key ingredients were not included in the bags. I am both sad and disappointed.
