What a joke. After unsubscribing from their emails 8 times, I phoned in twice and contacted them through Facebook twice to stop emailing me. Since I got a bit agitated and left a stinking review (and feeling guilty and deleting it) now they're sending me two emails a day. No lies. Ucook, shame on you.

See their response to me: "hello Werner, thanks for sending through your email address and for removing your review. We so appreciate you bringing this to our attention and can understand the frustration it has caused, for this we do hope that you can accept our sincerest apologies. We've passed your email address on to our team who have looked into this and have noticed that while your email address was removed manually on the 23rd there seems to be a system error that we are looking into. We can now confirm that your email address has been removed from our database and that you will no longer receive communications from us. Please do reach out should you find any future UCOOK emails in your inbox and we'll look into this for you again. Thanks for your understanding, Team UCOOK. "
