UCook service does not suck since it does not exist
Such a shame that when you try to support local businesses during these trying times they exhibit a middle finger attitude. For months I have been asking, begging for them to correct the delivery address. Yet they seem uninterested in doing anything about it but billing takes place with pinpoint precision on time every week. This past week their 'courier' (just a private guy in a private vehicle) could not get hold of me to find out were he must deliver since the delivery address he ended up at was wrong. So no delivery, no refund, just a big F U from a local company. I would not blink once if this company goes under.

01 Jun 2020, 17:28I would like to downgrade my rating from 1 star to zero or minus 1 but unfortunately, this is not an option on hellopeter since they assume that the service provider delivered at least some level of service. UCook my wishes for you is that you see the beginning of bankruptcy sooner than later. Out economy can do without businesses like yours.

08 Jun 2020, 12:17You might want to get another 'head' of logistics since he was unable to rectify the problem. In fact, it got worse since the previous order was delivered to somebody who has never heard of ucook and the latest never got delivered but my account was debuted spot on, no issue there.
