UCOOK POOR COMMUNICATION
I am very disappointed with the communication with the U-COOK team.
Yesterday my food parcel was not delivered only receive feedback after 5 o clock that the food will not be delivered. Unfortunately no feedback today as well. After I phone the U-cook support team I was informed that delivery will not take place. This is very unprofessional, very disappointed with the service.
