uCook - Every meal is fresh, convenient, delicious & as good if not better than advertised.

I order 5 dishes a week, (2 x frozen + 3 fresh : 26 meals so). I have never been disappointed, now I hardly ever order take away. The recopies and instructions are simple, clear and detailed. Images are a true reflection of the end product. Fresh meal packs are larger portions than the frozen, but also more expensive - so it works out. Ingredients are higher quality than those you find at the leading retail outlets.

If the meal says prepare with in x days (this guide is to optimise freshness), the ingredients are still perfectly fresh double the amounts of days later (as I often receive delivery on Monday and only cook 2 of the meals on the weekend).

I've also been in touch with uCook, when a payment failed and they are very pro-active to get your issue resolved and the meal out to you in time.

Lastly, I do log on and customise my order (before Tuesday, to be delivered on the following Monday). As I don't know if there is a way to exclude a certain meal type (e.g. fish)
