Total idiots at UCook

Made the mistake of recommending UCook to a friend and they have taken her for a ride. Take money out of her account for the meals, but refunds, forget it. They are so confused and so behind times with their accounts, it is beyond irritating. Jeeves (yes, that is his name) Luke, Zakiyyah ... all totally clueless. Disgusting service.
