Simplify things for your own sake

You might want to use a system you can manage because it seems like the current one is way too complicated for you to understand. I have now requested ~ 5 times for you to fix the f up on my delivery address. For some weird reason, you have two addresses for my delivery. I'm not even going to ask who has a system like this but if somebody raises this with you multiple times I would hope that somebody has the brains to fix it, NOT!
