Poor quality products, past expiry dates, late delivery & very disappointing service!

Think twice before using UCook. Shocking service at UCook - the box delivered a day late, numerous items missing from the box and numerous items already off and long past the expiry date, missing recipe. Lots of empty promises from Gershom to follow up and call me back and sort it out - I am still waiting for his call 2 weeks later! A joke for a company that is supposed to make your life easier - I have spent loads of my personal time trying to follow up - all in vain! Also beware - they are a "subscription" service and make it very difficult to "pause" your subscription!
