Poor courier service

UCook itself is actually great, especially now that the app is out. They should however look into contracting a new courier service. My box was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I contacted UCook to set a delivery time but was informed this is not possible. The courier service contacted me twice to inform that they were at my front door, but I informed then someone will only be available to receive the box after 16h00. The courier person was very offish on the phone and said they're taking the box back to the warehouse. We waited until 18h00 for the box, but nothing arrived. The next day the courier service didn't even wait for someone to come to the door and then proceeded to throw the box over the gate. I will not be ordering UCook until they use a different courier service.
