U-Cook did not deliver an order of food for this week. No communication, client has to phone and find out what was happening Don't phone back as promised, and when you phone back of course the previous person you spoke to is "busy" Two explanations: We did not order enough There was a technical glitch No solution, no alternative, just "oops"
